Project Inception
This the where the planning of your project begins. Working with the Architectural designer, the client shares their project conditions, ideas, and objectives.
Schematic Design
During this stage, we start by preparing preliminary design sketches and concepts based on the client’s conditions and budget, which help explore and illustrate possible options. Our team reviews the different options with the client going over the pros and cons and collaborates with client input.
Design Development
Once a schematic design is finalized and a more specific definition of the project’s scope and quality, the design development phase begins. Additional cost projections help determine whether or not the design conforms to the preliminary budget or what, if any, adjustments will be needed.
Construction Documents
A continuation of the design development phase, working drawings, and specifications are generated after all other architectural design services have been concluded. These construction documents are what is required by the local municipalities to obtain building permits. They are also used to solicit bids from the contractors needed to build the project.
